<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee for each user a service level requested by the user. <P>SOLUTION: The use state of resources of a processing system which executes software processing requested by the user is monitored. The use state of the monitored resources and the threshold value previously set for each user are compared.
