PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bladder reversing device which can easily perform a reversing operation without enlarging the device, improve workability without imposing large burdens on a worker, and provide a tire having stable quality, and to provide a method for attaching a bladder to a tire vulcanizing apparatus. SOLUTION: The bladder reversing device includes a reversing body provided with an electromagnet, a first driving means for reversing the reversing body, a second driving means connected with the reversing body, a lifter having a lifting table for lifting the bladder, and a controlling means for controlling the first and the second driving means. The lifting table of the lifter is formed into a shape capable of lifting while avoiding the reversing body, a bead ring of the bladder fitted with the bead ring on the upper side is attracted to the electromagnet, the attraction of the bead ring by the electromagnet is released after reversing the reversing body, and the bladder is placed again on the lifter by lifting the lifting table and is lowered.
