<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for generating electric power with a fuel cell, which can be paralleled off a power system and can shift to single operation, without deteriorating a power generating function when the power system fails, and can be paralleled to the power system quickly after recovery of the power system. <P>SOLUTION: The system for generating electric power with a fuel cell is so structured as to convert DC power generated by the fuel cell 1 into AC power with an inverter 16 and to supply the AC power to the power system 10 via a bus 8 for output, to which the output side of the inverter 16 is connected. The system includes: a system interlocking breaker 19 which opens at high speed the circuit between the power system 10 and the bus 8 for output when the power system 10 fails; an inverter 16 which switches from current control to voltage control and keeps the voltage of the bus 8 for output at a specific value after opening the system-interlocking relay 19; and a load facility II which consumes power so as to generate power equivalent to the DC power that the fuel cell 1 has generated normally when it interlocks with the power system 10 also after opening the system interlocking breaker 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
