<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating method and a laminating device capable of reducing facility cost for laminating a sheet material. <P>SOLUTION: This laminating device 100 is provided for successively laminating the sheet materials 14 and 15A, and has a receiver 162 provided with a positioning reference surface and loading the sheet materials 14 and 15A and a turning means 184 for turning the receiver 162.
