PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet stacker, a bookbinding device having the booklet stacker and an image forming system having the booklet stacker, capable of restraining the occurrence of collapse of a load stack of booklets. SOLUTION: A booklet stacking part 33 has a loading surface (a first loading surface L1 and a second loading surface L2) for loading the bookbinding booklet, and is characterized in that the loading surface freely inclines so as to incline in the downward direction toward the back side from the header side of the booklet loaded on the loading surface.
