PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a planetary gear type reduction gear with a strength and durability/abrasion resistance, by specifying and combining materials used in response to kinds of gears constituting the planetary gear type reduction gear. SOLUTION: A fixed gear 44 and an output gear 45 are formed of a super engineering plastic of a resin such as a PPS and a PEEK, and get excellent in aspect of mass productivity, a cost and chemical resistance. A sun gear 41 is added with a carbon fiber (CF) to enhance further the strength, since a meshing frequency per one tooth gets maximum because a gear diameter of the sun gear is minimum. A planetary gear 43 is manufactured by molding metal such as zinc die cast and MIM, because torsional forces are applied from the fixed gear 44 and the output gear 45 different in the number of teeth, to secure the strength against a torsional load, and is further enhanced in the abrasion resistance and lubricity by Ni-P/PTFE plating.
