PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition which is excellent in repeelability, is suitably used for the formation of an adhesive layer in adhesive products useful as protective materials and the like, and is excellent especially in the antistatic ability. SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition comprises (A) an adhesive resin, at least one of (C-1) an epoxy compound and (C-2) an isocyanate compound, (D) a quaternary ammonium compound, and (F) a lithium-containing compound.
