<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple animation creation apparatus for easily creating a real time CG animation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The simple animation creation apparatus is provided with: a means for displaying a character to be arranged on a stage to be selectable; a means for arranging the selected character on the stage; a means for making motion commands to be selectable for commanding to a character; a means for creating a schedule by storing the motion commands which are selected by a user in the order of execution; and a means for obtaining animation data by making the character act based on the motion commands indicated by the schedule.
