The invention relates to a reactor and an energy integration system for the continuous thermal or thermochemical hydrolysis of organic material, consisting of a chemical reactor (9) for the hydrolysis of mud, which has a cylindrical body, a flat cover and a truncated bottom, and is associated with a chamber (12) for depressurising the hydrolysed mud, which has a cylindrical body, a truncated bottom, and a torispherical cover, and is internally divided into two parts by means of a perforated circular plate (13) perpendicular to its axis. The reactor and the chamber communicate via a tubular conduction line penetrating both covers and containing an automatic decompression valve (10). The hydraulic mud is guided to an energy recovery stage and is subsequently digested during an anaerobic process in order to produce biogas. The biogas obtained is guided to a combined heat and power unit (CHP) which enables some of the calorific energy obtained to be recovered and reused in the hydrolysis process. |
