The present invention relates to a compression dehydrator for waste, which comprises: a waste inlet (10); a first compression screw pipe (20); a second compression screw pipe (30) where a second compression screw (31) is built in; a compression pipe (40) for compressing waste; a compression control shaft (50) which is flange-coupled to the other end of the second compression screw pipe (30) to automatically control the compression of waste; a board (60) which is flange-coupled to the end of the compression pipe (40) and has a circular hole in the center thereof; a stopper which is coupled to the head portion of the second compression screw (31) through the circular hole of the center of the board (60); a filter net (80) installed between the second compression screw (31) and compression pipe (40); and driving motors(90, 90') which drive a first compression screw (21) and a second compression screw respectively. The invention ensures efficient dehydration by automatically controlling the compression of the compression screw according to the strength of various wastes. The compression dehydrator has a crusher therein, so the apparatus is miniaturized. Therefore, the apparatus becomes inexpensive without the limit of an installation space, so economic efficiency is improved. Additionally, the invention can easily be manufactured with a simple structure with high reliability for waste dehydration and has a long lifetime to be stably used for a long time without troubles. |
