The device (1) has a filling container (2) with a box-shaped inner area formed by longitudinal, transverse and bottom walls (3, 4, 5). The inner area has a dosing shaft (6) with dosing tools (8). The dosing shaft is supported in a lower part of the inner area. A mixing shaft (10) with a mixing tool (12) is supported in the inner area of the filling container in a rotatable manner, where the mixing shaft is arranged at a distance to the dosing tool of the dosing shaft. The mixing tool is tangent at a predefined distance to the dosing tools during the rotation of the dosing and mixing shafts.
