The device (10) has an unbalanced producer (30) with a drive supplied by hydraulics of an excavator. An electrical generator (40) is indirectly coupled with the drive of the unbalanced producer. A headlight (44) is electrically and indirectly connected with the generator, and a light-signaling device e.g. LED signaling device, is electrically and indirectly connected with the generator. A flow control valve controls quantity of hydraulic fluid supplied to the drive. A compression evaluation device is electrically connected with the generator.
