<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly for deglutition which has proper consistency and coherence, is little in leaving water, and decreased in adhesion, and to provide a jelly for deglutition which enables to give coffee or black tea taste. <P>SOLUTION: The jelly for deglutition contains 0.070-0.163 mass% one or more jelly ingredients selected from agar, locust bean gum, psyllium seed gum, gellan gum, native gellan gum, pectin, tara gum, tamarind seed gum, furcellaran, alginic acid, and curdlan, and 0.260-0.370 mass% one or more viscous feeling ingredients selected from xanthan gum, carrageenan, guar gum, starch, gum arabic, tragacanth gum, karaya gum, ghatti gum, and pullulan, and is compounded with additives giving coffee taste, and black tea taste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
