<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable coating composition by solving the problem of the conventional technique. <P>SOLUTION: A coating composition 100A includes PTFE particles 102 dispersed in the Viton matrix (Viton chain) 110 where carbon nanotubes (CNTs) 108 are uniformly and stably dispersed.
