<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze more easily and accurately than conventionally a process of change, with the elapse of time of a crystal grain via an inclusion. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether a line p overtakes an inhibitor k, as a result of change of the position of a grain boundary point; when it is overtaken, a fixed point ik is generated at a center position bk of the inhibitor k, and in company therewith, changing the processing of the line passing both end points (grain boundary points) of the line p overtaking the inhibitor k is performed.
