PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a fader device that adjusts a sliding friction resistance of a slide. SOLUTION: A sliding friction body 17 allowing elastic deformation thereof is held by the slide 3 so that the same moves along a guide bar 7 together with the slide 3. The sliding friction body 17 not only includes a via hole 17a with which the guide bar 7 is penetrated but also adjusts the rotational position with respect to the axis rotation of the guide bar 7. The elastic contact pressure of the sliding friction body 17 with the guide bar 7 is adjusted by adjusting the rotational position of the sliding friction body 17. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
