PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring screen display apparatus capable of efficiently monitoring plenty of monitoring objects. SOLUTION: The monitoring screen display apparatus 100 determines based on status information of the monitoring object whether processing corresponding to logic information at each operation level is viable, and displays a monitoring screen which has the status information of the monitoring object and an identification color corresponding to the operation level reflected on design information of the monitoring screen, when it is determined that the processing corresponding to the logic information at each operation level is viable.
