<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To encapsulate grease in a standard bearing having no oil hole in an outer ring or an inner ring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing in which the outer ring 11 or the inner ring 13 includes no oil hole includes shields 20a and 20b fitted respectively to shield grooves 17a and 17b of the outer ring 11. A grease sealing opening 23 is formed in a part within the radial range between a plane A including the inner diameter surface of the shoulder part of the outer ring 11 and a plane B including the outer diameter surface of the shoulder part of the inner ring 13 of an inner ring part 22a of the shield 20a or 20b so that grease is encapsulated therethrough. A lid 24 formed of a rubber material 31 is fixed to the peripheral part of the sealing opening 23. Therefore, the opening is in a closed state during non-replenishment of grease. When encapsulating the grease, the lid 24 is opened, and a grease encapsulation tool is inserted through the lid 24, whereby the grease is encapsulated in the bearing.
