<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent loosening of a screw fastening part of a resin attachment part comprising a synthetic resin material and a metal attachment part comprising a metal material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric power steering device 1 includes: an electric motor 5 for assisting steering operation; a control unit 19 for controlling the electric motor; and a housing 4 attached with the electric motor and the control unit. The control unit is constituted so as to include a part formed by the synthetic resin material, and the housing is formed of the metal material. The electric power steering device 1 further includes: a female screw part 4b formed on the metal attachment part 4a comprising the metal material; a through hole 24d1 formed on the resin attachment part 24d comprising the synthetic resin material and corresponding to the female screw part; a cylindrical member 30 comprising the metal material and coaxially bonded to the through hole; and a fastening screw 31 penetrated through the cylindrical member, thread-engaged with the female screw part and giving fastening force to both the resin attachment part and the metal attachment part through the cylindrical member by generating screw axial force.
