<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump-up device and sealing pump-up device in which contact noise by contact of a component forming a compressor is reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A space between a crank 174 and shaft plate 171 is filled up with lubricant 200. The lubricant 200 is a solid or high viscosity liquid at normal temperature, and if temperature rises, viscosity is decreased. When the lubricant 200 is the high viscosity liquid at normal temperature, the crank 174 is adhered to the shaft plate 171 by the viscosity of the lubricant 200 by filling the space between the crank 174 and shaft plate 171 via the lubricant 200.
