<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding member capable of being easily attached to and detached from a play apparatus having a downslope path formed of a synthetic resin and grounding a ground wire in a short distance while protecting it without interposing a column of a slide. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A support column 211 raised from the ground is connected near the center of a bent column 210. The ground wire 212 connected to an underground ground bar 214 at one end is inserted to the inside of the bent column 210 and the support column 211 and fixed at the introduction hole of the support column 211 with a hexagon head bolt 213. At both end parts of the bent column 210, an attaching plate 215 is formed integrally with the bent column 210. Each attaching plate 215 is fixed to the back surface 121b of an arch part 121 with each button bolt 9 at the bottom end.
