<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping material for growing a plant, exhibiting functions as a supplying source of water and a growth-promoter to the plant on the growth of the plant body and also having a high germination rate, and the wrapping material for growing the plant excellent in sowing workability.
