<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video management device for determining whether or not a person in a photography image is a person concerned without registering data of the person concerned in advance and easily managing data about the person concerned. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A video management device 3 is provided with: a feature amount calculation part 9 for calculating a feature amount of a person from a figure image included in the photography image photographing a monitoring area; a feature amount collation part 11 for collating a feature amount of the person of the figure image with a feature amount of the person calculated in the past (a feature amount of the person stored in a feature amount DB10) to determine whether or not the person is identical; and a person concerned determination part 15 for determining, on the basis of the number of collation times, that the person is determined to be identical whether or not the person of the figure image is the person concerned.
