PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receive call speech processing device and a receive call speech reproduction device, in which stable clearness is obtained with a small circuit and software scale, by avoiding precise adjustment for voice etc. by performing sound volume adjustment not according to change of surrounding noise, but according to a frequency characteristic of the speech. SOLUTION: The receive call speech processing device which is suitably used for a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, includes: a formant frequency detecting section for detecting a formant frequency from receive call speech; and a formant frequency emphasis processing section for emphasizing the formant frequency of the receive call speech, which is detected by the formant frequency detecting section.
