PURPOSE: A method for preparing three-dimensional scaffold and a three-dimensional scaffold manufactured by the same method are provided, which improves regeneration effect of the hyaline cartilage organization. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing three-dimensional scaffold comprises: a step of pulverizing tissue from animals; a decellularization step of performing decellularization before or after pulverization of tissue from animals, or at the same time; and a step of forming the powder of decellularized tissue from animals into a porous 3D supporter using a particle distillation method.
