WIRE GRID POLARIZER

摘要

PURPOSE: A wire grid polarizer is that the lattice type convex part consisting of the same material is formed in the base material layer. The polarization efficiency and brightness reduction can be solved. CONSTITUTION: A base material layer(10) comprises the lattice type convex part. The metal grid pattern(20) is formed on the lattice type convex part of the base material layer. The base material layer the birefringence index is 50nm or less. While the resin forming the base material layer is the base material layer passes through the pattern mold, it is extruded and it is formed.
