PURPOSE: An air cooling and water cooling combined style condenser is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by integrating heat exchangers. CONSTITUTION: An air cooling and water cooling combined style condenser comprises a heat exchange core part. The heat exchange core part is composed of a plurality of tubes and heat radiation fin(106) installed between a first header(101) and a second header(102) which is installed to be isolated each other. Barrier wall parts(101a,102a) are formed inside the first header and the second header. The barrier wall part divides a first path and a second path in which refrigerant or cooling water flows. The tube is divided into a first tube(103) and a second tube(104).
