<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a response of an operator to a person who has made an inquiry when inappropriate honorific expression is included in the response and make a reply. <P>SOLUTION: The operator A inputs words spoken to the inquirer S to an input part 2 and makes a sentence. A subject in the sentence is specified in an analysis part 3, whether the honorific expression to the subject is appropriate or not is decided in a honorific analysis part 7, and the honorific expression is corrected in a conversion part 10 when inappropriate honorific expression is included. A sentence reconfiguration part 15 checks whether duplicate honorific expression or inappropriate term or the like is included in Japanese expression including a honorific expression converted in the conversion part 10. The inappropriate use is corrected, if any.
