<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of regulating the maximum inclination angle of a swash plate to a prescribed angle. <P>SOLUTION: A balance weight 19 is integrally formed on the opposing surface 170 of the swash plate 17. A movable projection part 27 is attached to the arc end of the balance weight 19. The projection direction of the movable projection part 27 is in parallel with imaginary flat surfaces Hd, Ht and perpendicular to a rotary axis line 141, the tip 271 of the movable projection part 27 can abut on the inner surface 28 of a cam surface forming body 16. The inner surface 28 is flat and the flat inner surface 28 is in parallel with the rotary axis line 141 of the rotary axis 14.
