<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device which prevents scorching or excessive scorching in cooking. <P>SOLUTION: This induction heating cooking device has an induction heating coil 2 to heat an object 1 to be heated, an inverter 3 to supply a high frequency current, a control means 4 to control the output of the inverter 3, an operating part 5 for a user to set heating power, an infrared temperature detecting means 7 to detect the temperature of the object 1 to be heated, a time measuring means 8 to count a time, and scorching is recognized when the temperature detected by the infrared temperature detecting means 7 reaches a set value or higher, and the output is stopped or changed to suppress advance of scorching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
