PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure heat conductivity between coil patterns even when a resin with low viscosity is used. SOLUTION: The magnetic field generation coil device includes: main coils 41, 42 and 43 and active shield coils 44, 45 and 46 for generating a magnetic field within a prescribed region; a cool pipe 47 for cooling water distribution; a resin 51 for sealing the main coils 41, 42 and 43, the active shield coils 44, 45 and 46 and the cool pipe 47; and glass balls 52 dispersed in the resin 51.
