<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat fixing structure for a vehicle capable of reducing inputs into a rear fixing part of a seat for the vehicle caused by collisions of cargoes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A bracket 28 is provided to be integrally extended in a HV (Hybrid) battery 24 on a rear side of a rear seat 10, and the bracket 28 is co-fastened and fixed integrally with a rear seat hinge part 20 of the rear seat 10 with a fixing bolt 30. When cargoes collide with a seat back 14, load F1 is applied to the seat back 14, and load F2 is acted on the rear seat hinge part 20 in an upper direction. At the same time as the actions, inertia moment directed to the front of the vehicle is acted on the HV battery 24, and the inertia moment is acted as load F3 directed in a lower direction on the rear seat hinge part 20 via the bracket 28.
