PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid that a vehicle travels in the vicinity of buildings. SOLUTION: When home-sensors 22 and/or a nuisance prevention switch 23 of a house h detect that a resident of the house h is asleep for example, the detected information is sent to a living environmental information management server 40 of a living environmental information management center as a living environmental information. When a vehicle 1 approaches the vicinity of the house h, it makes a query to the living environmental information management server 40 for a circumferential living environmental information. Then, when the vehicle 1 receives the circumferential living environmental information of the vehicle 1 from the living environmental information management server 40, the automotive navigation system mounted on the vehicle 1 is directed to change route according to the received living environmental information. The vehicle 1 avoids approaching the house h by changing its route according to the direction. Accordingly a trouble between a driver of the vehicle 1 and a sleeping resident m can be avoided because a sleep of the sleeping resident m in the house h is not interfered by noise generated by the vehicle 1.
