PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor single element capable of suppressing propagation of vibration, to provide a capacitor module, and to provide a power converting device using the same. SOLUTION: The capacitor single element 3 includes a metallized film 31 formed by laminating a positive electrode layer 311 and a negative electrode layer 312 in a mutually shifting state through an insulative portion 313, a positive electrode-side electrode portion 321 electrically connected to a positive-electrode power source and coming into contact with the positive electrode layer 311 at one of axial ends 310 as both ends of the metallized film 31 in a winding-axis direction, a negative electrode-side electrode portion 322 electrically connected to a negative-electrode power source and coming into contact with the negative electrode layer 312 at the other axial ends 310, and a shaft core 33 arranged at the gravity center position G of the metallized film 31 in a cross section orthogonal to the winding shaft direction of the metallized film 31.
