PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet having frosted glass-like feeling and a colorful pattern. SOLUTION: The sheet 1 has a transparent sheet base material 2 and a plurality of protrusion parts 3 formed on at least a region X of a part of the upper surface (one side surface) 21 of the sheet base material 2 using a droplet discharge method. In the sheet 1, the transmissivity of light of the sheet 1 in the region X becomes lower than that of the sheet base material 2 itself by the presence of the plurality of the protrusion parts 3. Further in the region X, it is preferable that the transmissivity of the light is continuously changed along the surface direction. The change of the transmissivity of the light preferably depends on the difference of the arrangement density of the protrusion parts 3 on the region X. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
