<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a dividable mold device shared by two kinds of wave-dissipating concrete blocks, and capable of carrying out easily mold release work after re-assembled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This mold device is used when manufacturing the wave-dissipating concrete block with three leg parts projected respectively in an upper end part and a lower end part of a body part, to form 120° each other in axial-directional view of the body part. The mold device includes a bottom face mold of planar shape corresponding to a bottom face of the wave-dissipating concrete block, and side molds having a three-dimensional shape corresponding to each outer circumferential side face of the wave-dissipating concrete block, and divided equally into six along a circumferential direction, and each side mold is formed by integrating a pair of upper divided body and a lower divided body re-assemblable each other.
