<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew formation caused by a refrigerant jacket from adhering to electric components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A printed board (31), where a power element (33) and the other electric components (34) are arranged, is vertically disposed with an air conditioner (1) installed. Cooling mechanisms (20, 50) mediating heat exchange between the power element (33) and a refrigerant are provided to cool the power element (33) by the refrigerant. The electric components (34) are arranged avoiding a region on the printed board (31) immediately below the cooling mechanisms (20, 50) with the air conditioner (1) installed.
