<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooker capable of reducing kinds of heaters, reducing manufacturing costs and easily managing the heaters by applying a steam generating heater and a steam heating heater having common specifications of the same dimension, shape and physical properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The steam generating heater 5 and the steam heating heater 25 are completely same as each other and have the same specifications. The steam generating heater 5 becomes about 200°C in the water of about 100°C through the balance of heat generation from itself and radiation to the water, when 100 V is applied. The steam heating heater 25 becomes about 1,000°C in the superheated steam from 100 to 400°C through the balance of heat generation from itself and radiation to the superheated steam when 100 V is applied. The output of the steam generating heater 5 at 200°C is 150 W, and the output of the steam heating heater 25 at 1,000°C is 50 W. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
