Hole conductor material containing compounds (Q) are new. Hole conductor material containing compounds (Q) of formula ((IL) n-Linker-(HTM) n) (I), ((IL-Linker) p-HTM) (II) or (IL-(Linker-HTM) p) (III) are new. IL : a salt group having at least a cation and at least an anion, where at least one of the ion is organic, in (I) and (II) the salt group has binding site to the linker group, and in (III), the salt group q has a binding site to the left group of the linker group; n, m : at least 1; p, q : at least 2; linker : a chemical bond or (n+m) valent 1-50C-organic residue (in case of (I)), or a chemical bond or 1-50C-bivalent residue (in case of (II) and (III)); and HTM : hole conductor material (p-semiconductor) containing group.
