<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical kit comprising (i) a pump dispenser for dispensing multiples of a predetermined base-dosage of a liquid or paste-like pharmaceutical; (ii) said liquid or paste-like pharmaceutical contained in said pump dispenser; and (iii) instructions for implementing a predetermined titration scheme, wherein said titration scheme comprises the dispensing of at least two different integer multiples of said predetermined base-dosage. The present invention also relates to the use of such a kit for the treatment of a patient.</p>
