PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composite composition is provided to ensure excellent flexibility, processability, heat resistance, shape and dimensional stability, and electromagnetic wave absorption. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composite composition with shape stability and heat resistance comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a polymer resin consisting of 70-100 weight% of thermoplastic elastomer or its derivative and 0-30 weight% highly crystalline polyolefin-based polymer of low molecular weight; 400-1000 parts by weight of flake-like soft magnetic metal alloy powder; and 0.1-5 parts by weight of cross-linking agent.
