PURPOSE: An offset printing device is provided, which can obtain even patterns when spreading paste using a blanket roll. CONSTITUTION: An offset printing device comprises a gravure roll(30), a doctor unit(10), a blanket roll(40) and a stirring unit(20). The gravure roll comprises a surface part(31) and a concave groove(32). The concave groove is formed in the surface part. The gravure roll accepts the paste to the concave groove. The doctor unit accepts the paste provisionally. The doctor unit cleans the paste adhered to the surface part. The stirring unit stirs the paste accepted to the doctor unit.
