METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE FOR BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode for a battery not decreasing the energy density of the battery even if the thickness of an electrode layer is increased, and not affecting output performance.

SOLUTION: The electrode for the battery is manufactured by applying slurry for an active material layer prepared in a step S3 to a current collector and drying the slurry. The slurry contains: a first electrode material having porous structure mainly including a first active material; a second electrode material having dense structure mainly including a second active material; a conductive assistant; and a binder.
