<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a nanobubble-containing liquid which enables the manufacture at low cost and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the nanobubble-containing liquid 64 includes a microbubble generator 65 for manufacturing a microbubble-containing liquid using a liquid introduced into a microbubble generating tank 5, a micronanobubble generator 66 for manufacturing a micronanobubble-containing liquid using the microbubble-containing liquid introduced into a micronanobubble tank 11, and a nanobubble generator 67 for manufacturing the nanobubble-containing liquid using the micronanobubble-containing liquid introduced into a nanobubble generating tank 20.
