<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NK<SB>1</SB>(neuropeptide neurokinin-1) antagonist having strong, selective and beneficial treatment character and pharmacological character, and good metabolic stability for the potential treatment and prevention of the diseased state of mammals. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This NK<SB>1</SB>antagonist is a compound represented by formula (II) (wherein N-containing heterocycle contains a 5-9 membered ring and also one in which N is substituted by S or SO), and the compound has strong, selective and beneficial treatment character and pharmacological character, and good metabolic stability.
