<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized desktop type paper sheet wrapping apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A clamp arm 16 is rotated in the direction of an arrow head B from its original position A, while the tip of the clamp arm 16 is so arranged as to be positioned in the vicinity of a strip tape outlet 14a of a strip tape feed section 14 (a position A'). When the clamp arm 16 is located at the position A', a strip tape 18 is fed out of the strip tape outlet 14a of the strip tape feed section 14, while the tip of the strip tape 18 is clamped by a clamp 19. The clamp arm 16 is thereafter rotated in the direction of an arrow head C, so that the strip tape 18 is disposed in a loop state around the circumference of a stacker 11.
