<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply capable of suppressing performance deterioration of electric load by actually reducing or omitting an OFF period of PWM control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The OFF period following an ON period is brought forward and started as indicated in a control circle T1 of Fig.2 (c), (d) when the PWM control of power supplied to a heater is restricted and the PWM control is in the ON period of the control circle. Afterward, the ON period is started again as indicated in the control circle T4 of Fig.2 (b), (d) when a restriction period indicated with a diagonal line has passed to cancel the restriction and the restriction period exceeds the boundary of the control circle.
