<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise by a blower at respective traveling positions of a car-washing machine body at high accuracy while ensuring drying effect by the blower. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the car-washing machine 10, when the car-washing machine body 12 is positioned from a noise restriction point P to a traveling distance Lx, the number of revolution Nx of the motor of the blower required for making the noise of the restriction point P to a noise target value A is calculated by Nx=Z-[B-A-KLog(Lx/L<SB>0</SB>)]/F<SB>0</SB>, and the number of revolution of the motor for driving the blower is controlled according to the traveling distance Lx of the car-washing machine body 12 based on the calculation result. In the formula, K is influence coefficient of the traveling distance, L<SB>0</SB>is a reference distance of the noise emitted by the blower in each time the revolution number of the motor of the blower is reduced by the unit number of revolution, and F<SB>0</SB>is unit noise reduction amount measured at a position left by the reference distance L<SB>0</SB>of the noise emitted by the blower in each time the revolution number of the motor of the blower is reduced by the unit number of revolution.
