<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector not producing damage such as a flaw in the ejection process of a resin molded product. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ejector of the resin molded product includes a product holding means for taking the resin molded product out of a mold to hold the same, a product recovery means for recovering the resin molded product, and a posture holding means for holding the posture of the resin molded product when the product holding means holds the resin molded product to move to the product recovery means from the mold and releases the resin molded product to the product recovery means. By this constitution, the violent fall of the resin molded product in the ejection process is prevented and the occurrence of the damage such as a scratch or the like formed on the surface of the resin molded product can be prevented.
