<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device (10) has a tubular heating element (1) e.g. spiral tube cartridge, partly embedded in a powder or granulate. The powder or the granulate rests on parts of a delimitation surface e.g. pipe, of the device. The element and the powder or granulates are pressed to form a compact unit. The surface and another delimitation surface are formed by walls of an outer metallic tube (4) and an inner metallic tube (3), where the surfaces are made of sheet metal. The powder or the granulate is made of metal such as aluminum, brass or copper, or made of metallic oxide, quartz sand or ceramic mass. #CMT# : #/CMT# The tubular delimitation surfaces are made of metal disks or rings from metal, mica, plastic or ceramic. The tubular delimitation surfaces are made of metal with a sealing compound e.g. silicone rubber, epoxy resin or ceramic cement mass. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Electrical heating device for heating surfaces of components e.g. tool, machine part and plastic injection nozzle. Can also be used for heating fluids to a desired temperature. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device can be manufactured in a favorable manner with improved reliability.
